Terms of use of the website

These terms govern the use of app-nove.com and registration on the waiting list. They do not cover the use of the novE application: the subscription terms and conditions, which will address signing up, the free trial, cancellation and warranties, will be published before the application becomes available and will have to be accepted separately at that point.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents an application under development and lets you sign up to be notified when it becomes available. It is neither an offer of sale nor a contractual commitment to provide the service on any particular date.
2. Joining the waiting list
Registration is free and without obligation. It requires a valid email address and confirmation by email: without that confirmation click, the registration is not recorded.
By signing up, you agree to receive messages related to the launch. We undertake not to write to you more than three times before November 2026. Every message contains an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to delete your address by writing to marketing@app-nove.com.
You agree not to enter someone else’s address without their consent, and not to use the form in an automated or abusive way.
3. Information presented
The features described reflect the product as planned and may change before it becomes available. Prices have not been set; any price indication given later will be indicative until the subscription terms are published.
The interface visuals on this site are representations made for the site, not screenshots of the final product. The amounts and names shown in them are fictional.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or for technical reasons beyond our control.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the site, including the name “novE” and its logo, is protected. Terms of use are set out in the legal notice.
6. Liability
We cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site, for its temporary unavailability, or for the content of third-party sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
7. Personal data
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time you consult it; its update date appears at the top.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, Charleroi division, have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules, which allow consumers to bring proceedings before the court of their own domicile.
